I just purchased a Roland RS 70 and am having a hard time getting it to do a few things that I need.

I can't figure out how in patch mode to get it to do a split and layered sound at the same time.

I can't get it in patch mode to allow me to play live while playing midi bass pedals through it.

If someone could guide me, I would appreciate it.
