Hey everybody, I finally got a chance to play an XV-88 in my local music store. My opinions are numerous. First of all, I love the thing. It's one of the best keyboards I've seen. Although I still think I'm going to buy the S-80, I don't know why.... destiny I guess. Second, it is totally controllable through many different options. Sliders, pedals, etc. The sounds are awesome, after all there's 64 Megs of wav forms. Well ask any question you want, and I'll try to answer.

I recently acquired the XV-88. It is a lovely and complex syth---more complex than the Yamaha even. Well worth a thorough investigation before making any purchases.
