Yrp, Lil Chips, one of our best resources on the net for ROland products has gone down the drain in terms of Roland support.

Hopefully, we'll still see David Green around here (he's been a big help for me at least), but Roland support is gone.

Hi

I agree that Lil Chips was a great source for info about Roland products.

That said, I would like to mention that Roland support in my country works quite well! I recently had a problem with my Emagic harddisk recording-card. This is also a "Roland product", so I asked Roland support for help by sending them an e-mail. I got my help, they answered quickly and knew what they were talking about! When i had some additions to my first question, they answered that too quickly. I got help, and now everything works perfectly!

No support is better than the persons in charge of it. This has nothing to do with what brand it is...
