Hi, I have an interest in Roland's Fantom and wonder if anyone already tried it out and can share with us his point of view.

I am looking for a all-in-one kinda workstation to make techno/dance music. Is Fantom suitable for that?

If you checked the XV-5080 and the MC-80 SEQ. then that should give you an Idea of what the fantom is.

I had one for a week, but it didn't suit my needs (long story), but it's a kick to work with. Very easy GUI. I suggest you spend some time with one. BTW, the XV5080 or 3080 are wonderful mod's.
