My mistake on the T2, I thought you had had a Yamaha in the past? And the E60 is merely a stripped down G70, which you HATED. It's not common to find a trickle down product you like better than it's TOTL sibling, IMO (unless weight is your only criterion)...

So.... no past Yamaha's, then. What was the main reason you rejected this one? A better keybed seems an awfully flimsy reason to purchase an arranger? You not enjoying the PA800's?

Thought T2 50,000+ 3rd party styles might be useful - nah

E60 was a good price, speakers, upgraded keybed and 76 notes - nah

Enjoying the 800 to the MAX and even more as I play competitive products. A backup 800 is the answer (was there once and my stupidy surfaced). In fact, I went through the Songbook master yesterday and picked out another dozen songs I'll be putting together. There are so many styles I have not used and they are all great.

Too much to do, so little time - I really do need to 'grow up'

I've always wondered just exactly what percentage of those user created Yamaha styles even come CLOSE to the ROM ones...

Doesn't seem like many, does it?

Don't get me wrong... just as poor a selection for Roland and Korg, to be honest. It just shows HOW hard it is to write great ones, IMO...
