Hello!

I'm having a hell of a time with this! I have Cubase 5.1. I'm using the Roland JV-1010 and the Roland TD-6. In Cubase I create 4 bar parts and then cut and paste. When I start/play my arrangement/song from the beginning every part after the first 4 bar midi part misses the first note. It's not until the the second note that i hear something! Has anyone ever experienced this problem?!

Thanks!

Here's some more information...
I'm using a USB Fastlane midi adaptor. OS 9.1. VST 5.1. I'm also using the JV-1010 scripts I found from one of the other topics in this forum.
Any help with this would be GREATLY appreciated!

Have you tried starting your first 4 bar loop on the second bar and leaving the 1st bar empty and copying and pasting this? so the first bar goes from bars 2-5 rather than 1-4??

Just to update you guys on this, I'm only having this issue with my JV-1010. When ever I go to create synth sounds in Cubase using the JV-1010, I get this issue. I wonder if it's because I'm telling Cubase what I want it to use as sounds from the JV-1010 in the inspector?! When I use my TD-6, which is actually a drum module which I have connected to drum pads, i never have a problem since I only use one kit sound all the time.

But anyway, back to your solution Doc...
So are you basically saying, start every 4 bar I create on the 2 and end on the 5 so that when I start the arrangement from the beginning it actually starts on 2?!?
That means my JV-1010 on the 2nd bar will have to silence for the 1st note because the next part also starts on the 2, correct?!?
