What's the nature of your problem?

Typically, if you clean out your cache, empty your cookies folder and run your defragmentation procedure on a regular basis, your computer should function fairly well.

That is unless you have something else going on...

Thanks guys. I donwloaded a supposedly free system Friday. It scanned my PC and it claimed to find thousands of problems. When I started the process of cleaning this up they wanted $40 or so bucks. I do run the wizard under sustems tools and I think it does disk fragmenter and such.
