Does anyone know if you can assign specific effects to each indivitual part in a performance using the xp-80? Thanks

The short and simple answer to your question is: No.

The XP-80 has 3 effects processors (EFX, reverb and chorus). Each of these can only produce one effect at the time. You can, however, change how much signal is being sent from each part to each of the processors.
