That new friggin trombone SA2 voice is amazing.....

Yamaha has always been great about supporting their product on paper, software and on the phone.

Especially thru a Bose L1 system brilliant sound, unmatched in an arranger kb>

Don,
Is it Bose L1 compact ? If yes,Is this single Bose Compact model sound better than using two Podium speakers 8" or 10"(L and R)?

I would say so in stereo...it's a totaly different animal, line array sperakers & sub, with that said Sunny what you put thru it is what "sounds good or bad." The Bose Compact L1 has its limitations power wise but it certainly can handle anything in it's range easily & proficiently with crystal clear sound. You would need two units to achieve Stereo also.

Sunny, I have tried both systems, both one and two units of each.
Both are impressive. Nothing I've seen comes close to two Podiums IN THAT PRICE RANGE. There is ample bass and clear mids and highs, and plenty of power for most venues. And did I mention the price? I've spend more than that for dinner before!
The Bose Compacts are another story. There is a clarity and a projection of coverage that nothing else has. You have to experience it to see if it is suited to your needs. I expect to use my two Compacts in 95 percent of my jobs.
