Sorry but you need to get real, no one has ever had a reply from Ketron they don't speaky the language, or certainly not (US) English, AJ is still trying to translate the manual in 4 other languages.
And with regard to the manual - the keyboard isn’t finished - yet the last revision 2.0a made dramatic modifications to the main menu view, if they had completed the manual they would have needed a revision for that too!

Scusa ma ti serve per avere reale, nessuno ha mai avuto una risposta da parte Ketron non speaky la lingua, o certamente non (US) English, AJ sta ancora cercando di tradurre il manuale in 4 lingue.
E per quanto riguarda il manuale della tastiera non è finito - ancora l'ultima revisione 2.0a drammatica modifiche apportate alla vista del menu principale, se avessero completato il manuale che avrebbero bisogno di una revisione che per troppo!

the fact that they are working on a manual is not excuse for ignoring their customers,

of course they speak English, you kidding?

all i have to say is ,

if this is how Ketron treats their customers, it is very sad indeed.

i think we deserve a bit more consideration and respect

and if they are not going to reply when they say they will 12-24 hrs.

then REMOVE the support from the website

all this is TURNING ME OFF from buying anything KETRON and that includes of course the AUDYA

I have offered Ketron my free services, I would accept all emails, and if I was able to answer them I would, if it was something above my reach I would forward them on and get a response.

But they did not respond to me either.

By the way I offered that service free of charge

Regardless I still feel their products have one of the most musically sounding styles out there, even though the public relations part of it is really in need of some improvement

It is normally the distributor's responsibility to provide support to the customers in their particular country. The manufacturers' employees have their own jobs to do.

Regarding product support inquiries, the thought of spending a large amount of money on a product and then settling for a 12-24 hour delay in response to an inquiry to me is ludicrous. I know it is becoming impossible to call a support line and actually talk to a live human being immediately, but when I held a product support position, it was very rare for a customer (dealer or end-user) to get my voice mail. And e-mail inquiries were typically answered within a few minutes of reception.
