I've just recently bought an xp60 with the expansion board 'Keyboards of the 60's & 70's' & I was wondering if anyone knows how to simulate draw bars using the sliders. I know how to fade in to out between sounds but don't know how to set up the separate sounds? Could you help me please.

You may be able to achieve some of what your wanting by assigning the filter cutoff and rez parameters to a slider(s), but unless you are able to alter the actual harmonics and partials of a wave, you're out of luck.

The Hammond partials are square waves, altough on my JV80 the square is too synthy
so I used a sine wave. You can emulate the drawbars by making on single sine wave sound
and then use a performance and then transpose the different parts and then your sliders when assigned to part level will be drawbars. Iff you want a mid-file of a performance for JV80 (Your XP should be able to read it) mail me.
