I have had problems with the gum, that roland use to put the plumb pieces under the keys. When the piano gets hot, this gum goes down and falls on the contacts, so there is no sound, or the keys get hard.

About the A-90, the keys are not enough stronger, so they get broken internally. I has happened twice in my piano
