Thanks to everyone for their support. Patty & I were talking yesterday that this is just phase one of our fitness plan. Come the Fall, we'll be joining a local health club and start to build some muscle while maintaining our aerobic workouts on the bikes.
The thinking is, as we hit next Spring, our bodies will have had another 6 months of losing weight/aerobic stuff and that the weight training and additional strength will help take the cycling to another level.
