I have an XP-50, and am in dire need of some more Hammonds!! Bearing in mind I have an *extrememly* limited budget here, I was wondering what you ppl could suggest to get a good range of Hammond organ sounds, from thew softest breathy jobs, through to howling leads, goin through percussive ballad type things on the way...
Can someone suggest a JV-80 card that's good for this one, and/or how to increase the range by fiddling with my patches.....?

thanx peeps

What you NEED is the "60's and 70's" expansion card. It's the best organ collection that Roland has.

having said which, I just discovered native instruments B4, basically a B3 in a computer based platform, with zero audible latency (admittedly I have a fastish computer, although only an Sb16), for £109 I can have a B3, and the most awe inspiring leslie clone in my computer, sorry I am to say it, but this wins every time, sorry roland you need a better leslie sim.......
