I would like to know if it is possible to create Wave files with the XP60 ?

If you mean "WAV" files like those used on PC's then sorry no, a MIDI instrument doesn't work that way.

What you could do, is record the stereo output of the XP-60 into the PC's soundcard inputs and write the WAV file on your PC.
Hard Disk space permitting of course.

If you want to do that, get a Kurzweil K2000 with OS 3.54 or later (earlier OS may enable this as well). There may be other synths/samplers that WRITE ("export") .wav files (Akai? Emu?), but I've not used one.
