Hi All,
I played a drumbeat on a Yamaha DD50 drum machine and recorded it into my computer using Cakewalk 8.
I play it back into my XP80 but only the snare part comes thru. The Bass part is on key A3 and I cant make that note play any drum sounds, that key will only play tones from a different instrument not a drum part.
This is on channel 10.
Will not all the keys take an assignment?

All of the Super-JV/XP synths use default rhythm set instrument mapping similar to GM sets.
The Bass is normally on B2/C3.
Simply use the Cakewalk features to move those notes on the track.
