How good/bad is the JV-2080's performance for sequenceing ?
Also, are the functions of JV-1080 similar to JV-2080 ? I'm just wondering if I can used the extra helpful information on JV-1080 and applied it to JV-2080 ...

All the basic operations are similar on the 1080 and trhe 2080. The only differences are:
-2080 has more fact.patches
-2080 has more performances (bigger onboard memory)
-2080 rooms 8 exp boards, 1080 rooms 4
