So far I have downloaded

JV Edit
ChangeIT

Neither of these apps will see my JV80. JV Edit is so old that It will not get past MIDI. I am using a MIDIMan 8x8 interface and its not showing up in JV Edit

ChangeIT allows me to dump sys ex into the software but It doesnt do anything in the app. I cant pull up a patch, I dont want to try to dump from the software to the keyboard for fear of killing all my patches.

What Librarian are all of you JV users using?

I was hoping ot get away with something Shareware but it doesnt look like that is going to happen.

Hi Eddy!

I am using the OEM SoundDiver that comes bundled with the jv1010 (supposedly works with the 1080 and 2080 as well, at least "unofficially") - now up to version 3.02. Once you've got it all set up it is very good.

All the best,
Magnus

I have downloaded a bunch of editors and hardly any of them will can make a connection through my MIDISport 8x8, when they do they only want to work with the newer JVs and XPs.

I guess I will have to break down and get the SoundDiver, I just need a to get a job first
