has anyone tried these? seem to be amazing
76-key boards at absurdly low prices. i demo'd them and the pianos, elec pianos, organs,
and especially the brass, sounded excellent.
not sure about the viability of the arranger,
and of course Casio continues its stubborn resistance to incorporating tap tempo. but for $189/$269 street? hard to resist.

I have had one. Sound is good but keys are awful.

These instruments are prone to wobbly keys, and the edges start scraping together after some usage.

They aren't as bad as Casio's weighted hammer actions, but they still get wobbly and noisy.

You get what you pay for.

what about the rhythms? didn't get a chance to try them..can they be set up w/bass+drum only? doesn't seem to be a way to balance volume.

Mo,
You would like the Yamaha YPG-235 better! 76 semi wieghted keys, better sounds and styles. About $339.00. I sell the Casio as well but besides the piano being pretty good, all the other sounds are better in the Yamaha and the keys feel better.

Thanks George, I'm fine with my two E-60's and still have my old Korg is-35, but was thinking of a drummer friend who has a very limited budget and is stuck in place with an
18-yr old yammie psr he's unreasonably attached to.

There's a wk-200 on craiglist that might be
available for $125 and I was thinking of
buying it as a gift for him if i can't get
him to spring for it himself. But i wanted
to make sure it can serve his needs, and
mine when i go over to his jam parties.
