When I change the effects settings for a part in a performance, how do I save that setting? When I try the "write" function under utilities, the settings return to what they were before I changed them. Prolly something stupid that I'm missing. Thanks.

You can only use one insert fx on the xp series.
So if you want to use an fx of a sertain patch you must set the fx source to that part/track. If you leave the source as perform it will not save your other parts fx settings.
