I have the Roland JV-1010 and the Hip Hop Expansion card. I loaded the instrument definition for cakewalk and all the expansion card definitions appeared but the Hip Hop Card. Cakewalk stated that they did not have the definition but I could enter it manually however I need the bank change number. Does anyone know what that number is? Could you Email it to Audio7795@cs.com?

I generally post (rather than send private email), since open forums make for open information.

By my read, since the JV-1010 only has one slot, whatever's sitting there would be accessed through MSB 84/LSB 2 (for patches 1-128) or 3 (for patches 129-256). I don't have an expansion board, but that's what it looks like in the documentation. Try it and let us know if it works.
