when i open my jv1010 "roland" appear on the display but stay jamed on the "nd" letters. then all freeze...not even able to reset
why and what should i do
(the jv1010 is connected to my mac powerbook)

Try disconnecting the 1010 from the Mac and see if it still locks up. If it does, take (or send) it back. If you bought it from an individual, check with your Governor's Office of Consumer Affairs to see what rights you have, that is, if you are in the US.
