The replacement for Hypersonic (The sound engine used in Wersi instruments since OAS 7)
Who knows we might be looking at the next generation of sound engine to be used by Wersi.

Bill

Its much like a Software Motif as most samples come from the Yamaha Motif sampling team..
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oLQ7ONSWZQU

I have played with it a few hours todat in a friends studio, and it has a much broader engine then Kontakt for example.

If Wersi only could have build this intoo their Engine things would have sounded even better.

I think its a great addon for those that play a Korg or an Audya in combination with VST's and want to have some of that typical Yamaha sounds in their setups. Much cheeper then a Motif rack as this is only €250 and with direct from disk playing in combination with a fast SSD very much usefull for live use.

Next to the video shows why knobs are so important for playing synthesizer sounds, just to get direct access to your sound.

Thanks Bill,

don't quite know how to ask this, but would it work with Band in a Box or OMB ie could it accept program & bank changes in realtime like my soundfont player does??
In short , could it be used for the style tracks or only melody like I do with Garriton.

Don't know if i'm making any sense haahaa
I'm finding some of the software samplers & synths a bit confusing.

Any input would be appreciated from you guys.

best wishes
rikki

p.s. Bill, I managed to get midiyoke working with Win7 & Brainspawn Forte, some of my initial problems are getting solved.
