i am DEFINITELY getting the AUDYA 4/5

i mean, how much more canned can the drums sound?
same old "plastic" drums from Tyros 1 - Tyros 4,

i like my drums to sound like a real "drummer"
but that's just my opinion...

That's maybe a sneak peek, but not knowing all of the specs, styles, sounds and new features it hard to tell what the T4 is.

I'm hoping its not a re-packaged tyros 1,2,3. I have to wonder that even the die-hard yammy's would be upset if this $4000-$5000 only showcased handful new styles and sounds, a same old vocalizer and a couple new features that should have been on the T3.

I guess time will tell, but from the short clip I heard, it does not seem that they went the Audya route.

Yep,

I'd say that's what it is, that's why I got an Audya. Lets face it Yamaha are not gonna change a winning formula for them which is the home market. It's worked for them all the way till now, why would it change?

I mean what I would have wanted from them was the new flagship synth, combined with the T4 in black, but of course as I have said many times before as far as they are concerned the pro music section would never allow it.

So there ya go.

I'm loving my Audya, and with the new upgrades highly recomend it
