The SD1 was my 'buddy' for a long time.
Because of several reasons I decided to want something 'new'.
I made a trip from G70, PA1X,PA1XPRO ...and ended with Tyros.
The Tyros sure has some cons compared to SD1, but SOOOO many pro's

The ease of use, features, sounds, styles of Tyros ...all are great.
Some people say the voices are thin, but I think they are'nt at all!
Just play it thru a HQ speaker system (NOT the standard speaker-set)

I doubt Ketron will ever be able to win me back.(It's too late)

My heart's broken, lost another SD1 player, not so bad though, I've got Tyros as well, just never have time to feel comfortable playing a gig with it yet.
