Making a comment that explains the difference in priority between those fortunate enough to work in music retail and the vast majority that DON'T is hardly an insult, Kingfrog. But your reply obviously IS... It appears you have changed little, also.

DonM Oh I agree with you that a lot of people will do the "upgrade". But I'll bet there's not that many on SZ who will. I'd like to think we are smarter than that. Aren't we?
Maybe Yamaha will fool us this time and have something significant, like a decent vocal harmonizer or drums that sound like drums!

If the demo is anything to go by Don that we have all seen, looks like not much of a difference, unless this was just a mischievious way to throw us all off what the real product will be.
Although I still say why would they change a winning formulae, for them the SZoners are not thier market, and i still say give us a Motif SF with tyros features, and then we are talkin, but i believe that it will never happen, because MI pro at Yamaha will never allow it.

No one knows for sure if that was a hoax or the real deal T4 demo ? So why not just wait and see?...meanwhile make great music with Yamaha arrangers like the Tyros &
S series units, as of now there is more then enough tools & features within them to do that....besides they sound fantastic!
