Drafting stool with back. Doubles as a dolly sometimes! I've had it about 20 years but it's about gone now. I have another in the garage waiting to be put into service.

Just recovered and repadded the seat after 10 years of use. My butt no longer has any natural padding (it shifted to my belly), so I changed the seat padding to 4-inch thick foam.

The thing I love about this seat is it puts you at near standing level, it has both a foot and back rest that are adjustable, and it folds flat for transporting in the van. And, obviously, I sit while performing.

Gotta agree Don....a nice computer chair
5 wheels w/ hydraulics works best for me also.
