Hi Group,

Can anyone tell me how to reset the Audya 4 back to factory defaults?

I was told that I may have to reinstall the software. However, I don’t have the software. When I went to Ketron.it version 4.1b is offered for download but it says this is not for Audya 4 and 5???

That seems strange because when the Audya 4 is booting up it says I have version 4.1b???

Any ideas???

Press SAVE, and then FACTORY STARTUP!

That's easy.
