Hey folks - for those interested, here is a video of a German player singing through the VH2 on T4. Also includes a demo of some of the piano sounds....and yes, some more demos of the new voices...

Randy, I thought the harmoniser was just average...maybe the same as the previous Tyros models...The piano was okay, but not stellar...The choirs were excellent..better than average..and the sax seems the same as the Tyros3...I thought the drums were the same as the Tyros3...You have to consider there may be some sound quality loss via YouTube..

Hi Randy, How'z it going? many thanks for posting this. Nicely produced demo.
That said though, unable to honestly evaluate the sound quality of the T4 harmonizer until we're able to hear a demo that reveals how the voc harmonizer performs without it so drowned and hidden in efx. - Scott

Hey guys! Thanks for your posts!
Bachus - I was sooo lucky while stationed in Germany to attend the North Sea Jazz Festival. Oh my.... what a beautiful trip that was! Everything from the marzipan pastries for breakfast followed by tours of the gorgeous countryside to dozens of stages of great jazz until 2 AM. Wow. That was an experience!
Scott - I'm hanging in there - so glad to see you back on here! Me... In October, I changed jobs after 14 years with the same company - lost a lot of personal vacation time (earning it that is - went from 24 days a year to 15). just glad to find someone that would take me at "senior citizen" age.... ha ha. Not sure how much longer I will do the software testing job. If I can craft and market my music work a little I think I may be able to just call it quits here in the Spring.
Randy

Saxxman, Thanks for the post. That looks like a real PRO audio store...very top notch.
The demo was super. I liked all the music the played. My high point was the first song and the choirs later. Wow, it seemed like some of that was the theme song from 'Hunt for red october' ?? Similar anyways. I love that music from that movie. My kind of thing for sure!
One little point, at 3:30 he ran out of keys! And at 4:30 if that piece needed any higher notes, he would be out of keys!
A very nice demo indeed..I would like more of the same kind of thing.
The VH was OK, The Piano was OK, but I like my 160 MB custom Steinway D on the Korg a little better. Thanks James (Irish Acts).
