First thanks for improving Ketron keyboards for us!
Before I decide to upgrade my SD1 to EXP I would like to ask you few more things:
- after EXP upgrade, can SD1 be rolled back to old releases (like good old 3.b that I currently use)
- do old releases also benefit anything from EXP modifications (like gain on HD access speed because of new EPROM etc…)
- will my current settings like programs, registrations, vocalizer settings, custom styles etc... be recognized correctly on new platform
- my SD1 is very stable machine for more than 4 years now; could that be lost in any way with the upgrade and my interference in HW

>>>AJ: You do not have to change your OS though it is recommended (in your case) you upgrade to OS4.0 ORIGINAL (which maintains your good-old 3.0 sounds but gives you the new features of 4.0).
