Does this only happen with this particular style and drum kit? Or does the same thing happen when exchanging any sound within a style with another sound? Is it possible that what is happening is actually supposed to happen as a way of auditioning new sounds within a style while the style is playing? Seems like a cool idea to raise the volume a bit in order to better hear the newly selected sound. Then when saving, the new sound is saved at the normal volume level. Have you read through the section of the manual pertaining to changing style sounds? Just a thought. Of course I could be wrong.

What happens when you just select the drumkit, and save the style - even though it is too loud. Does it then stay too loud? Or does it correct itself?

Toward the end of the video, it appeared that when you reselected the Real Drums kit, you hit the Real Brush, then back to the Real Drums, which likely caused it to revert to the default volume. Just a guess, but it may have some bearing on what you're experiencing. I would think, however, that the volume would stay the same regardless of which drum kit you selected.

I decided to try and duplicate your problem on the PSR-3000 and could not make it happen. Therefore, I suspect there must be some sort of glitch in the T4 software causing this.

Good Luck and I sincerely hope you have your problems solved in a timely manner.

Gary
