I'm looking to purchase Usb audio/midi interface. I want to keep the cost under $200 any suggestions? I've been googling the item and came up with this one from M-Audio FastTrack Pro.

E-mu 0404 USB 2.0, or the newer Tracker.

I have been using mine for couple of years now. Very good specs and very good performance. The drivers are a little bit... funny at times, but it is quite acceptable.

Ditto. I would not even bother to look anywhere else, I have used one for years. You can find them on ebay really cheaply, very low latency, and drivers as stable as a rock.
It's not worth spending 200 bucks on a soundcard anymore, nowadays with that money I buy the whole computer.

YEA... Too bad computer arranger keyboards prices won't go down instead of UP

There is a world of difference between a Quality Sound Card and the Sound Chip built into a computer Motherboard.
