hi Donny,
sorry but have not posted any demos of my new Resources, for various reasons. I will get back to the subject as such later on, suffice it to say that many have received my resources and valued them, see .e.g. Uncle Dave's comments. Very few however have actually expressed their gratitude in any other way than wishing me a happy new year................................
As regards your question about the differences, well I guess folks like Zuki, Uncle DAve, etc. can elaborate on the qualities of the PA-800 which is basically identical to the Korg flagship the PA-2X.
The PA-500 as well as my current keyboard the PA-500musikant are obviously scaled down versions of the PA-800 and imho the main difference lies in the fact that the two top models contain extra and superior samples of most used instruments.
You might find it interesting to know that I traded my basic 500 for the 500musikant (which was designed for the German speaking market) for the simple reason that the Musikant has 40 extra basic samples not residing in the standard 500. Among these many organ settings, but also better trumpet samples and last but not least (my main reason for swapping) better SNARE DRUM samples, reminding me of the previous models PA-50/80. But I don't think the 500musikant can be bought in the USA. Even the logo and language of the sounds etc. is in German.
Howver any PA-800 or PA-2X owner can buy the so-called "Musikant USB stick " (about 150 dollars to the best of my knowledge) which basically adds all there is in the 500Musikant (styles, settings, sounds) to the PA-800/ PA-2X.
Hope this answers your question and happy new year to you Donny and to you all here at the forum.
