I hope they do.
I said it couple of years ago, if Roland - or any other big name in the field for that matter - will do it right with a serious, strong sotware alternative to the hardware arranger, they should take a big portion of the cake in the years to come. You can see it all around us, software is the future.
I can even think of a combination between these two worlds like we haven't seen before. Think Tenori-on.
Why not Roland? I don't suppose it will happen now, but one day.
So, Roland, go software if you want. Many would be very pleased if you offered an alternative.
