i want to delte tracks reset the tempo and transpoze and then save the new setings to a dowloaded midi how do i do this thanks

There are standard easy to use basic functions on computer based sequencers to do this. There are even some free/shareware ones out there in Internetland for you to try.

Alternatively, you can do this inside your T2 but it is so much easier in an external sequencer.
