Does anyone happen to have the Top line and chords to the song "Hometown"

I know Flannagan & Allen had a hit with this song back in the forties, and i think Max Bygraves also recorded it.

Can help you with the cords as for top line my printer has died so can not copy it. the key is C the cords are;ist barC 2nd bar E7 3 A7 4 D7 6 G7 7th bar C two beats Am 2 beats 8th bar Dm 2beats G7 two beats 9th bar C 10 bar E7 11bar A7 12 bar D7 13 bar G 14 bar G7 15th bar C 16th bar G7 2beats C 2beats Next three bars E bar 20 A bar 21 and 22 D bar23 2beats G7 2beats Dm bar24 2beats D7 two beats G7 Then 1bar each of C E7 A7 D7 Followed by 2 bars of G7 To finnish and repeat 2 beats C 2beats Am and in one bar Dm G7 C .Hope this will be some help,
