Friends,

There was a technics Arranger keyboard that was released in the early '80 and here are some of the description I can remember about it:

* 49 Keys
* Voices were PCM
* Built in speakers but within grill
* Goldish metalic top color, black metal bottom part
* Selection for voices and styles were at your finger-tip close to keybed and not close to speakers as was the case with later designs.
* Buttons themselves (for style, voices ... etc) were silver.
* LEDs above bottons lit up once activated

I am sure someone here can point me in the right direction wth regards to finding the model (or better still picture) of this keyboard. It was built rock-solid.

Thanks

PS: Around this same time, the Yamaha PSR 70 was released as well.

My old TECHNICS SX-K200 could correspond to what you're looking for except for the gold top.

I think this is it ... SX K250!! It looks exactly as I invisioned (just not gold). Maybe it had faded?

Anyone selling any of these and is willing to ship to the US? I saw one on Ebay (below) but getting from a Forum memmber might be preferable!

Thanks ... this is great!

What was the difference between the K200 and the K250?
