I kind of remember that the Ketron SD1 included a chord lock feature in when engaged (via footpedal controller), that it would retain what ever chord was recognized up to that point, allowing you to play any notes, scales, or chords on the keyboard without changing the chord recognition. Useful for including live keyboard bass line patterns etc. Is this feature available on the Audya too?

Yes - Pianist MODE - Sustain - AUTO (change Arranger chords only when 3 or more chords are played and recognized), or - MODE 2 (Read & Change Arranger chord only when the Sustain pedal is released).

This allows a 'Pianist' to play an Arranger keyboard without totally changing his play-style.
