Of course how can something that's powered by air be full of fluid??? Anyway I digress; I didn't own then, the guys in the band I was in had them. We also used them for a lighting truss. Fran & I tried these in a Sam Ash store a few months ago using different size & weight speakers 30-60+ lbs and were very surprised how well they work.....nice upgrade to the standard manual stands for sure....I'll prob be getting these soon, I also like the new folding performance seat they have now also...anyone using it yet?.... http://www.ultimatesupport.com/category/Benches_and_Chairs
