I just found out that on June 19th, Clarence Clemons died from a stroke




Great Sax Man...will be missed.

I liked Clarence better than Bruce. Wish I could have really heard him play other styles.

I'm with you on that, Russ ... actually rode on a flight from Phila to RI with Clarence ... of course I was in 'coach', he was in first class ... saw him as we were 'de-plane-ing' smile

He really did some timeless solos that sent shivers up people's spines and sent adrenaline through the body.

I wish that Bruce had written more songs in the vein of Born to Run where Clarence shined the most.
