Sometimes being a "perfect" singer isn't required...take Neil Young for example.

When someone told him he was singing off key, he replied "That's my sound, man!"

I have great time with the Tyros4's new VH-2 Harmonizer (it's awesome)...using it as a vocoder for those cool robotic voices is a real hoot, and only one of the many neat things you can do with it.

I'm sure the Korg's harmonizer allows you to do the same things.

It does sound better.

I don't sing much either, Frans, but I use the Tyros4's vocal input for running other keyboards through...in my case a Yamaha CS-01 mono synth.

I use the harmony to make the mono synth sound like a polyphonic, plus effects etc.

The Korg could work the same way.

Ian

Thanks for the tip Ian. Didn't know that was possible. I still have a lot to learn smile
