What is the correct expression pedal to use with BK-7.

I know the manual says Roland EV5/7 but apart from a Roland manufactured one, will any other pedal do?

I know my Yamaha FC7 works ok on G70 but not on BK-7.

I wondering if I am confiquring it incorrectly?

I have Ketron, Technics, and Roland and find myself going back to my Boss FV 300-L Analog pedal for two reasons.

One, I want total volume control instead of choosing parts to control. The wide sweep does an excellent job.

Two, It doesn't care what source you are using.

Caveat
I know there are advantages to some people in using their respective digital pedals.

Unfortunately I do have to be certain that it will operate with the BK7 before I buy one.

I'm hoping a BK7 owner will respond with some info.

I have several volume pedals around. I will test them on the BK and let you know. It will be a few days because of my schedule.
