I had sent this petition to Ketron several months ago and got no response. They did not even acknowledge getting my email and have the courtesy to say it was not feasible.

THis is what I call customer service. Keep this in mind next time you are shopping for a keyboard. I fell for their false advertisement claiming you can add sounds from disk; they didn't tell you you have to buy the very limited sounds from them.
