I understand the Songbook feature in my Pa800 and I have entered 350 of my own song settings.

My next step is to use the Filter to arrange my songs.
My question: How are you using the filter to arrange your songs? I am looking for ideas before I start organizing.

Can I use the filter to manage Mp3 and Sequences?

Thank you in advance, John C.

Hi JOhn haven't seen much of you since KN7000 days, I have a PA3 on order and should have early next year. Iam hoping there will be a user community like the KN7000 has but I ve not seen as much info as the KN had. I hope there is enough documentation to work thru some of the initial issues. I ve started looking for user setups for additional rythmns and styles but have not seen much yet. Keep in touch

Marty,
There is Korg forum which is very helpful -- http://www.korgforums.com/forum/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=58142

Most of my help has come through some good Technic friends who now own Korg keyboards. I have a Pa800 with many of the same OS features; Got a question please ask.

Good hearing from you. John C.

Marty, I am sure that this forum will come to life as more folks get their microARRANGERS and PA3X's. The forum that John mentioned is the most active that I have found for Korg stuff.

John, the PA3X has a very similar Songbook function. I'll take a look after I get my PA3X.

Hi Guys,
sad part is , most of us tend to forget to check the Korg section of the synthzone forums (me for one).

Always seem to head straight for the general arranger section.

Korg Forums is definately worth joining. There's a dedicated PA3X section.

I'm currently going thru my PA800 styles & converting the missing ones to PA3X format. Some have just got new intro's & endings, others are completely different though they have the same name.
Hoping to also add an extra couple of new fills to suit the 4 fills on pa3x.

I'll be adding them to my style download site shortly.

Congrats on your new keyboards. Korg's the best keyboard I've owned since selling my KN7 a few years back.

Thanks Rikki. Looking forward to your files. My PA3X is in route to my dealer and should be here next Wednesday or Thursday.

Hi Bob,
if you like your microarranger, you're going to luv your PA3x. haahaa

It's actually great to see people are finally able to get hold of them.

It's been kinda lonely, I've had mine for quite a while now.
