Each year for the past eight years I've had the pleasure of performing during an annual sale at one of the largest jewelry stores in the immediate area. This year the management decided to hold their sale in November instead of close to Christmas--the place was mobbed with ladies all looking for expensive jewelry. They took their husbands and boyfriends along to foot the bill.

The young ladies behind the counters are all young, beautiful and outstanding sales people. They love the music I play, they love my voice, and they provide me with a new, group photo every year. Sure wish I was 40 years younger and single. wink

Tony,

If my health holds out I'll be in the sunny south this time next year. Consequently, these beautiful ladies will need someone to play for them in 2012. Let me know of Lydia will allow you to take the job. wink

All the best,

Gary cool

Got my bag and KB packed and ready to go smile ... as long as the ladies don't mind a lowering of the standard in looks and talent ...
BTW - did you sing your Italian version of Al Di La?

Yep--did the song, the ladies loved it, and most everyplace I've been able to perform Al Di La, with one exception, it has been a hit. Learning it phonetically was not as difficult as I thought, but it was still a challenge for an old guy that doesn't speak a word of Italian. wink

Cheers,

DNJ sent me the Italian version. I generally do part in Italian and part in English.
It was a lot easier to learn than the igPa atinLa one.
Aldila, and lese le bon ton roulette.
