I have a question about these units,especially A2000.


Assuming they are each 16mb and S650 has 16mb flash ram,but A2000 has 64mb..Can you load more than one in A2000???

Anyone..I can't find anywhere about this..I might get A2000,but only if it can load more than one expansion.Otherwise what is the point.

Let me explain this as clearly as I can. I have both the A2000 and the 650 in my store and this question comes up alot.
Right now you can only load one package at a time........But, the people that program for Yamaha have already combined 4 packages together to create 1 64MB or 1 16MB package that they are giving away free of charge that both have a mix of the Oriental, Latin, Celtic and Baltic packages. I have a very close friend who works for Yamaha and he is working on a Iranian/Armenian package and he says that eventually Yamaha will surely make the software available that will allow customers to create their own packages.

I am aware of combined pack,but I don't think it comes with all things from the individual packs.I am interested to get A2000,but only if I can install more than one pack.Otherwise it's useless to me.The best thing would be if they come up with a program that can combine from different sets..
