I'm looking forward to checking out iPhone/iPad music hardware and app software there. One exibitor I'm particularly interested in checking out is IK Multimedia. They will be exhibiting at booth #648. They produce some real cool portable music hardware & software apps that work with the iPad, iPod Touch and iPhone.
In recent posts, I expressed interest in a portable vocal processor like TC Helicon's Harmony M , VoiceTone Create XT, or the Roland VP-7, which in additon to gaining vocal efx & voc harmony, would also enable me to connect & control the volume of a mic into the Korg microArranger's 'fixed level' line input.
With IK Multimedia's iRig microphone connected to the iPad/iPhone and the iPhone/iPad app VocaLive (vocal processor app including harmonies) you get a complete vocal effects processor, harmonizer, and the ability to control the the vocal ouput (volume) into the keyboard too. In addition, you can live monitor your vocals (with effects) thru headphones or an external monitor.

Also, just announced at CES 2012, IK Multimedia has just announced the following new products: iRig Mix: first mobile mixer for your iPhone/iPod Touch/iPad iRig Pre: allows you to connect up & use ANY microphone with the iPhone/iPod Touch/iPad and utilize iPhone/iPod/iPad software recording apps.
The portability of this gear appears ideally suited to work in conjunction with the Korg micro-Arranger. Like the micro-Arranger itself, it's both ultra-portable yet professional and powerful.

Ok, finally had a chance to spend a fun day at MacWorld/iWorld in San Francisco yesterday. I stopped at the IK Multimedia booth & shot this quick demo of their upcoming new iMixer device and DJ Rig app. Apologies for the lack luster quality, but it was simply shot impromtu with my camera phone:
I picked up their iRig Condenser Microphone and their iKlip for iPad device at a very nice 'Show Special' price. Thanks to Derrick Flloyd of IK Multimedia for that.
I'll be posting my review of the iRig mic used in conjunction with the "VocaLive" iPhone/iPad software 'vocal processor' app soon. I'm esp anxious to discover how well the iRig mic with VocaLive software on my iPod sounds, going into the Korg microARRANGER.
I also had a chance to check out these other cool audio devices & apps for the Apple iPhone/iPod/iPad:
