Donny,
I never tried that with a Harmony M, but have with my Alesis Nanoverb, as well as my TC Helicon VoiceWork unit.
On the KMA, the result is very limited because the keyboard line-input is FIXED, and though I was able to get some (barely acceptable) vocal signal into the keyboard,
the volume cannot be adequately raised/adjusted thru the input/output signal on the effects units alone.
As a result both vocal volume and vocal quality is badly compromised.
I got myself a small & compact 2 lb
Berhinger 1002FX mixer and my vocal mix not only sounds 100 percent better,
but is so much easier to adjust as well. Thanks to the SZ poster that initially recommended I take this route.
Also, this little Berhinger Mixer (along with my mic & mic cable) easily fit into the side pocket of the KMA carrying case.
