Hi Tony

Make sure you have the latest update http://www.ketron.it/prodotti/dettagli.asp?sezione=5&idProdotto=30 if you already have it, then the next action is to email ketron about the problem, as I am sure they will be eager to fix it.
Hope this helps

Bill

Hi Tony.

You can find the update and instructions in English here: http://www.ketron.it/prodotti/dettagli.asp?sezione=5&idProdotto=30

Ketron demonstrated OS 2.0 update at the Frankfurt Musik Messe in Germany last week.
This new update should correct a lot of the errors reported so far and include additional styles and sounds. The update will hopefully be available soon.

That site only produces an Italian set of instructions I had translated it using Goggle and it does make sense.I have down loaded the msi file ok.

Hi Tony

Just checked the link again on my computer and the instructions come up in English & German.

Can’t understand why you only get it in Italian.

Regards

Bill

Hello there
I had the same problem with "freeze" but only when I edit midifiles and only in the OS 2,0 there was no problem with the 1,2,
my tempo change and the drum change also
When I edit the midifiles and save it the whole board "freeze" Would priciate if someone could do some test and see if it happend on other Audya.I have installed the OS 2,0 twice'
