Hi Donny,
page 218 of your manual.
Save.
You have the option of different kinds of Saves.
You can virtually save something like a single User style, a single pad , whatever.

I normally do different kinds of "saves" depending on what I've been up to.

I normally do a " save All" every couple of weeks or so , if I've been adding or changing a lot of stuff.

A SAVE ALL , saves all your user styles, user pads user performances etc. ( There's a list)

If I've basically changed nothing else, but I've added some user styles I'm editing , I'll just do a "Style save", then if I accidently overwrite them, I can just load them back in. Then in a week or so , they'll get saved again, as part of my "Save All".

The good part about a SAVE ALL is, when you open up the All Folder, you'll see folders for the styles, performances , pads etc. Next if you open up these folders , further & further, you'll eventually get to , a single style, a single pad , whatever. These items can actually be loaded back into your keyboard as individual items, or as banks whatever.

The way I actually save my data, for a save all, I name my folder ie All 22/02/12 ie with the date so that I know exactly which was my last Save All, so that if something should go wrong, I can load back in my latest user data.
For Style ie Styles 22/02/12.

You could also Save & Load different songbooks, setup for different gigs.

What I did with my user styles was save them in Genres.
I had more than I could fit in the Favourite slots plus some I had just for the sake of having them.
So literally, I saved all my Ballroom stuff as one set of songs, then I did the rest ie country, rock etc etc

Also a good idea to do a Full Resources Backup. This backs up your keyboard. It doesn't allow you to load back individual items though. You basically get it back to what it was.

Put it this way the more Saves & Backups the better. Just make sure you date them to know what is what. The clock function didn't work in the pa800.
